I'm from the South of Italy and, after living several years of my life in awesome Barcelona, I landed in Amsterdam on September 2013. Here I work as a baker for a well known American bakery in the city center. At the same time I'm a freelance cook, collaborating with caterings, restaurants and cooking schools. Love for food makes my days happy! Thanks to my job I always have the opportuity to touch, smell and create beautiful dishes. That's why I decided to start this homemade baked goods production. Day by day I discovered my love for baking and the satisfaction I have when I take out of the oven a beautiful cake. 

 

I'd like to offer my cakes and other baked goods to privates, small bar and restaurants. I deliver by bike...and in 24/48 hours you have your order ready at your door! I only use fresh ingredients and I can ensure that everything is made with love! I can give you a list with different choices, where you will find a mix between Italian tradition and modern pastry. Most of mine Italian recipes are from my mother's book and I combine her secrets with the fashionable American bakery. You can also ask for a specific cake or we can decide together which product is the best choice for your needs.
